Shipping policy
Shipping is the charge for Nikki & Co. Boutique order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including the specification of a carrier and/or future delivery dates, may incur additional charges.
Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs, but are our best approximation and vary with specific requests, such as personalization. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of the order.
Shipping is a Flat Rate of $8.50. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States (excluding APO addresses). Please note in order to keep shipping costs low for both of us, shoes from our in-house inventory - categorized as Nik's Picks (NP) and/or highlighted in our Live Shopping will be shipped without the box unless the customer immediately messages Support@nikkicoboutique.com to request the box be included. It is not a guarantee, but we will do our best to accommodate this request before shoes are shipped out.
Shipping is only charged once every 12 hours for orders with items marked (NP). These are in-house inventory items that will ship immediately. Once you check out, any purchases within the next 12 hours will be free. This includes any (NP) items you included in your waitlist during this 12-hour period.
Second-day and Next-day Shipping are not available to post office boxes at this time. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via Parcel Post. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the expected delivery date of your order.
Shipping charges and times may vary depending on the merchandise. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is slightly higher than shipping to the continental United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders placed after noon (E.T.) Friday will be processed on Monday. A signature may be required, and additional charges may apply if more than one delivery attempt is necessary. This service is not available for some zip codes.
- Shipping methods and charges will be posted on the site and are subject to change based on the current state of shipping in the United States.
- Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped to you. Most "Live Shopping" orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days as these are in-house inventory and designated with (NP) in the product titles. For all other Products, delivery times vary by vendor location and may take slightly longer. However, we aim to get your goodies to you quickly.
- We will offer Expedited Shipping on in house inventory only.
- Fees for expedited deliveries can range from $10-$20 beyond our flat rate based upon the package weight and expedited service rates required from our shipping partners. Please reach out to us for more information.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- Nikki & Co. Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages once the carrier has accepted them. Please contact the shipping provider for any delivery issues.
Address Errors:
- Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.
