Nik's Picks (NP) are Nikki's personally curated favorites - hand-selected from brands she truly loves, trusts, and is excited to share with you. Discounts will only apply to these items, as they are stocked in-house and ready to ship immediately. These special pieces will be featured during our Live Shopping events and in Nik's Picks photo shoots! At Nikki & Co Boutique, we offer two unique shopping experiences: Shop: Our online boutique gives you immediate access to the latest trends in clothing and accessories. You can browse anytime—whether on your computer or our mobile app. New drops are added regularly. You can browse everything at once or filter by category. No matter what you choose, you'll feel Fashionable, Fierce, and Fabulous. Live Shopping: During our live shopping events, Nikki personally showcases every piece selected for you. You'll get a chance to see outfits in real time, chat live, and share feedback. All personally curated pieces will have (NP) in the product description. If you miss a Live Shopping event, you can watch the replay and still place orders.

Yes—for now, we're 100% online, which means you can shop with us anytime, anywhere! Whether you're on your couch or on the go, our website and app are open 24/7. We are also excited to participate in Pop-Up and Community events that align with our boutique brand - information regarding these events will appear on our Community Page. Yes! Our accessories go with our clothing collections, so you can pull together an outfit effortlessly. Whether it's jewelry or other trendy essentials, we've got pieces that complete the look.
Sometimes, yes! If something you love is out of stock, there's a good chance we might bring it back. We recommend you Waitlist any items you love to pre-authorize payment. If the item returns to inventory, your order will be automatically fulfilled. You can also sign up for Notification alerts on the product page, or keep an eye on our live sales, where sneak peeks often drop first.
Cart, Favorites & Waitlist
Favorites is a feature on the Nikki & Co. Boutique mobile app that lets you save the styles you love and come back to them anytime.
How to add an item to your Favorites:
Tap the ★ star in the upper right corner of any product image. The star will highlight to confirm it's been saved.
How to view your Favorites:
Tap "Favorites" in the lower right corner of the mobile app to see all your saved items.
How to remove an item:
Tap the ★ star again and it will be removed from your Favorites list.
Important to know:
Your Favorites are not a cart or a reservation. There is no payment connected to your Favorites list — items saved here are not held or reserved. Think of it as your digital closet, perfect for saving styles you're considering for later! When you're ready to purchase, open the item from your Favorites, tap Add to Cart, and check out.
A Waitlist is the best way to secure an item you love that's currently out of stock. When you claim an item on your Waitlist, you're essentially reserving your spot next in line should it become available again. Adding an item to your Waitlist requires a pre-authorization for automatic purchase once the item returns to stock. Because popular items often sell out quickly, carts that aren't checked out within 3 hours automatically expire, returning those items to inventory. If you've added that item to your Waitlist, you'll automatically be charged and your order will process right away once it's available. Your Waitlist item will remain saved until it's restocked and fulfilled, or until you manually remove it.
We do have a Cart Time Limit of 12 Hours during our Live Shopping events. Remember you are only charged for shipping once every 12 hours for any (NP) items, so there is no drawback to paying for items in your cart immediately. We prefer and strongly encourage shoppers to pay for all items placed in their cart immediately to ensure inventory is updated timely. If you don't check out within the 12 hour limit, all items in your cart will expire. All shoppers have the opportunity to add items to their Waitlist if they appear to be sold out.
Ordering & Payment
We accept all major payment types like credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and even shop-now-pay-later options (when available). Shopping should be easy, and we've made checkout quick and secure for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit in these cases. Also please note - only one discount can be applied at a time, one discount per order.
Sorry, we are unable to change your payment method for you. If you need a change in payment method, please reach out immediately to our support team at Support@nikkicoboutique.com - we can refund your purchase if the items have not yet shipped. You would then have to repurchase the items. Please note: we cannot guarantee the items will be available to repurchase.
Order cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of the purchase date. For faster service, please include 'Urgent – Order Cancellation' in the Subject line of your email to Support@nikkicoboutique.com and include your Order Number. After 48 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as the order may already be processed or shipped.
Shipping & Tracking
We ship fast! Most 'Live Shopping' orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. These products are in-house inventory, (NP) designated. For all other products, shipping is external and delivery times vary by vendor location, but we always aim to get your goodies to you quickly. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
You can track your order at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have trouble locating your order or need assistance, please email us at Support@nikkicoboutique.com.
