Refund policy

At Nikki & Co. Boutique, we believe every shopping experience should be Fashionable. Fierce. Fabulous! — just like you! If something does not meet your expectations, we will do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 15 days of receipt of delivery with authorization (to align with our fulfillment partners’ policies).

To begin a return, email us at Support@nikkicoboutique.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once approved, we will send you a return authorization and detailed instructions.

  • Returns must be sent within 3 business days of authorization.
  • We cannot accept any items beyond the noted time requirements.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only, except in the case of unavailable exchanges or defective items (see below).

If not approved, a rejection email will be sent with the reason. Please do not send unauthorized returns — they may be refused or returned to you.

Note: Only 1 return of 1 item per person per week (maximum of 4 items per month).
Accounts with a 50%+ return rate may be temporarily blocked from making further returns.

Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns if:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged or defective (if you choose to keep a damaged item, you may receive store credit of up to 25% of the price paid)
  • The product does not match the description

Returned items will be inspected and must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Shoes must have zero wear
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Free of perfume, pet hair, smoke, or any other blemishes

Non-Returnable Items – No Exceptions

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of the following:

  • Final-sale, clearance, or doorbuster items
  • Jewelry and accessories (glasses, hair clips, headbands, hats, handbags, makeup, bath, skincare, socks, home décor, etc.)
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates
  • Pre-orders
  • Food items
  • Items purchased with a coupon code of 30% off or more
  • Purchases made with earned cash back
  • Items under $20
  • Gift cards and digital items

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund (your choice).

Refunds for “Unavailable Exchanges” or Defective Items Only

After we receive and review your return, you will get an email notification from us.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is covered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage (this may include international return shipping if the item was shipped from one of our overseas partners).
  • Exchanges are processed as a courtesy. Original items must be returned within 10 days of the exchange being delivered. If the original item is not received, the customer will be charged for the exchanged item using the original payment method. Tracking must be provided with all returns.
    • UPDATE: Effective for all exchanges occurring after April 1, 2026 - no exchanges will be sent until a tracking number for the item being returned is received.

Please keep your tracking information and follow up with your shipper if needed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
